LORA-RF Wireless Communication Class B Prepayment Multi-jet Smart Water Meter With UIU
This prepaid keypad type multi-jet smart water meter is STS Standard compliant, keypad type, automatically valve controlled. Credit and management data transferred from a sales point to the meter via a 20-digits numbers which is generated by our Stronpay vending software and entered into meter via keypad.
It has a RF module built inside, can communicate with AMI system for remotely reading,controlling and recharging functions. Stronpay water vending software could be integrated to local Mobile Money Payment Platform like M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc. Users can top up water by mobile money with their mobile phone.

Functions
1. Prepayment: STS Standard, recharge by input 20digits TOKEN.
2. Low credit alarm: Alarm value can be set by inputting corresponding TOKEN.
3. Prepaid and post-paid switch: Meter can be switch to prepaid mode or post-paid mode.
4. Non-return valve: Non-return valve inside for preventing back-flow.
5. Anti-tamper: Meter will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic field and open cover event.
6. Step Tariff: Step Tariff can be set by inputting corresponding TOKEN.
7. Overdraft Collection: Non- Revenue water (Overdraft) can be collected day by day or month by month.
8. Communication: The meter is available with AMI system through LORA RF or Bluetooth 4.0 on request.
9. Information Inquiry: Consumer could check the data like Credit Remain, Total Purchased and Total Credit by input the short code.

1. Login the web-based vending website by inputting the user name, company name and password.
2. Register the meter number and customer information at the library center.
3. Set the price for different customers
4. Open an account to combine the meter,customer and price information
5. Get the Token at the Top up center.
6. Input the Token with keypad.
7. Recharging completely.
2. By the third party platform or local mobile payment with API
➪ Via mobile phone
Stronpay vending software can easily integrated with local mobile payment via API, which is the agreement connecting the third party APP and our Stronpay vending software. People can recharge the water with their mobile phone, the vending software will send a Token to the third party APP via API, then users get the recharge Token via GSM.
The advantages to recharge with mobile payment:

3. By the AMI System
➪ Recharge remotely via DCU and LORA-RF module
The LORA-RF/PLC meter can be recharged by inputting the Token with the CIU. It also can communicate with the AMI system to recharge remotely.
① Operator generate the recharge Token in AMI system
② The 20digits Token will be send to data concentrator via GPRS module.
③ The DCU get the Token and transfer to prepaid smart meter via LORA-RF module.
④ Inputting the Token by keypad or CIU. After the credit accepted by meter, the remotely recharge succeed.
